Hristina comes from EY Serbia, where she has worked since 2021. She leads digital transformation and enterprise platform projects for clients across Europe, the Middle East and North America.
She holds a Master’s in Project Management from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade and a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Legal and Business Studies.

Aleksa is an energy executive with twenty years of experience across Southeast Europe, specializing in the development, financing and commercialization of renewable energy assets. Highlights include participating in the development of one of the region’s largest PV solar projects, leading the sale of Serbia’s biggest wind farm, and helping found one of the leading energy trading platforms.
Aleksa has also structured project finance for renewable assets across hydro, wind, solar and battery storage (BESS). This track record rests on a strong background in M&A and corporate finance at a leading regional financial group. Aleksa is also responsible for driving a private equity fund’s expansion across the Western Balkans.
